All orders are processed within 14 to 21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Due to the nature of our business everything is made on demand and fully custom to each customer. Your item is custom made here in the USA.
- For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delays in shipping times: Creator Threads, LLC is not responsible for any delays in shipping times.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Each shipment has insurance, if your package is lost or stolen we will make a claim and attempt to get your item ASAP once that claim has been processed through our shipping partners.
- Wrong Address: Customers are fully responsible for making sure the address you give us is accurate. If you need to make a change in the shipping address please email us at contact@creatorthreads.com
If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
